The New Year is Coming Soon!

Are you a resolution maker?

I was just read something from Jeffrey Gitomer ... one of my sources for sales inspiration. "A goal is a dream with a plan." Jeffrey goes on to state that if you don't have a plan how can you achieve your goals.

I'm thinking of setting up my Goals and my Plan to achieve them in '08. I just have this feeling... A feeling that '08 is going to be one heck of a year!!!! So I better get prepared and plan it out!

Ever have a question you couldn't find the answer to?

Just call Auburn University's Foy Information Line (334-844-4244).What started in the 1950s as a resource for students needing information about campus services has evolved into an information database service that answers any questions a caller comes up with. It's like having your own talking Google. The hotline (334-844-4244) operates 24 hours a day Monday-Thursday and until 9 p.m. on weekends. And please note, it is not a 1-800 number, and long-distance charges do apply.

(Thank you to JustSell.com for this interesting tidbit)

I'm trying to think of an off the wall question that I need answered so I can put them to the test... any suggestions?

Wii Wii Wii all the way home

Yes, it does seem like the hottest thing since sliced bread this Christmas is a Wii game system from Nintendo. My kids so wish that there would be one under the tree this Christmas. So where do you find one this late in the game?

You could go to http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0009VXBAQ/ref=pd_bbs_olp_1?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1197330308&sr=8-1 and pay $470 for a used system and even more for a like new one... LOL!

or you can wait for a small and I mean small shipment to come in to a local store and sit in line for four hours to only be denied!

This story is to be continued post Christmas :-)
