Another Bittersweet move!

Unfortunetly my run at a fresh startup has ended. I simply just ran out of cash. Fortunately it didn't take me very long to land on my feet and once again my network has saved my butt! literally minutes after I posted on LinkedIN that I was looking for work I got a note from a network contact asking me if I would like to interview for a newly opening position at his company! Timing is everything! after interviewing with all the principals (4 interviews) I was hired last Thursday! I will post the official announcement in a bit. If you know me by now you know that I will be contacting you to connect and see if there are any opportunities out there within my network.

Thank you everyone for the prayers during the hard times of no income while we were trying to get the startup going.

It is a true blessing to have so many great friends all around the world.

I love my Network of acquintances and friends that I've collected over my 40 years of Life!

After being four months short of 5 years at B2B Computer Products I have jumped into the known unknown abyss known as Business partner in a start up company!

I Have nothing to say but "Thank You" to Chris Kurpeikis and Mike Theriault at B2B Computer Products.

Thank you for four great years and for getting me through the hard times of last year. Without you guys behind me I wouldn't of ever made it this far. I will miss the crazy trips around the tropics every spring with you guys.

Also a mention to Alex Menard, Ryan Custer, Nicole Cherven, Jim Mundall, Jason Medina, Sandy Gorecki and the rest of B2B! It was a great run.

Now I have a lot of work to do as we build a company from scratch

More thank yous to Maureen, Cima, Toni Stewart, Kurpeikis family, Custer Family, Mundall Family, Theriault Family, Medina Family for the extra help while I was down for the count last year! Would of never made it through without your great support!

extra bonus Thank you to Jason for watching my accounts. It will never be forgotten.

Happy Flag Day!

15 Days till opening day!

Can't wait for WhiteSox Baseball to start~

Clue you in on the last month!

They're blocking www.blogger.com at work so I can't update during the day. Which makes it hard for me to post. :-( At least I can read my blog at work. :-) In case it gets referenced in conversation.

It has been a rough couple months of sales so far. Something good is about to pop though. not enough to break even or anything but enough to relieve some of the pressure of being so far behind the 8 ball.

We just got back from the President's club trip and you can see all about that on my facebook account. http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=logo

Speaking of FB I've been playing mafia wars a little too much.. kind of addicting these games.

Christos Zafiropoulos wants you to join their Mafia: http://apps.facebook.com/inthemafia/status_invite.php?from=572243223

about two weeks from my 1yr anniversary of my Brain Surgery... There are days now that I go without even thinking about it. for the most part it is pretty huge on my mind. LOL! Get it? LOL!

Lot's of exciting things going on at www.communitychristian.org and I'm pumped about that too.

I'm hoping that I can go on a missions trip either later this year or early next year!

alright.. I do need to go to bed eventually... off to the mafia wars. lol!

I love reconnecting with old friends

There is something about reconnecting with old friends that just warms the heart an refreshens the soul. Catching up and reminiscing about past events and occurences. If you have a voice in the back of your head asking I wonder what so and so is up to. Give them a call/email/skype/text/visit etc... you will feel great after you catch up.

Time To Reconnect

I would love to just forget about these past few months and get right back into economic prosperity. But, we just aren't there yet. So I have focused my efforts on one by one going in and contacting my database of contacts in whatevery way I can. making sure we are connected on LinkedIN or tweeter and then sending an email and letting people know of the need I have right now to add new customers. I'm personalizing these as much as possible so that they are not seen as spam.

Give me a call today It's time to Connect / Reconnect.

Don't bring me down!

It sure seems easy to get down and out these days. Everywhere you turn there is Economic bad news. don't forget one of the coldest wettest winters and you have a pretty grumpy group of people milling about. I'm sick of the blues... Put a smile on your face :-) Lie to yourself if you have to. This is more than just another day! God has a plan for you and your life and he doesn't want you sulking around feeling sorry for the state of whatever is bugging you!

Cheer up! :-) Head up! Smile :-)

Go do something funny... listen to a joke. Tell a joke. Inspire someone. Tell someone you love them. Give someone a hand when they least expect it. Encourage someone. Make the world a better place because of you not inspite of you!

My rant is done..

Now I feel better...

by the way... Thank You! You look great today!

Another Month has past.

Another Month has past. I'm not doing any resolutions this year. But I will plan out goals and try to break my goal down into smaller goals that will fit into either a monthly or quarterly objective, both for work and home life. I do already feel like the transformation for 2009 is already starting. It doesnt' take much but I'm starting with my journaling getting started up again and reconnecting with my spiritual side and building up my relationship with God. I'm going back to the basics and I think I will follow suit in other aspects of my life. I'm not reflecting backwards anymore but forward. If I reflect forward it creates a better environment to deflect bad things and actually keep moving forward. Not sure how long I can sustain this. but I hope I can do it for at least 4-6 weeks so I can turn it into a Positive habit!
