Any time I see 60 second intervals on the board I know I won't like it. Workout was tough as usual. I'm getting stronger though and that I like!

"What comes out of a man makes him 'unclean'" for from within, out of men's hearts, come evil thoughts , sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed,malice, deceit,lewdness,envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and make him 'unclean'.
